Education :                           Pakistan had a poorly educated population and few schools or universities

Food:                                   At its simplest, Pakistani cooking today consists of staple foods which are cheap and abundant. Wheat and other flour products are the mainstay of the diet, one familiar form being CHAPATI, an unleavened bread akin to a Mexican tortilla. This is made with dough prepared from whole wheat flour.


Arts and literature:          Ajaz Anwar, Ismail Gulgee, Jamil Naqsh and Sadequain are very prominent painters of Pakistan. Pakistani vehicle art is a popular folk art. Pakistani literature, that is, the literature of Pakistan, as a distinct lite gained its nationhood as a sovereign state in 1947.
 
Sports:          Field hockey is the national sports of Pakistan but cricket is the most popular sport[1]. Traditional games like Kabaddi and other well known games are also played. 
 
Entertainment industry:                     Most of the feature films shot in Pakistan are in Urdu language but may also include films in Punjabi, Pashto, Balochi or Sindhi languages.
